What are your criteria?
Both you and your customer that you are requesting payments for, must be registered as limited companies within the UK. You must also have filed your first annual accounts with Companies House, and be turning over more than £200,000 a year in revenue.
Only 2%* Charge?
Acruna is designed to be a low-cost, cash flow solution for your business. Charges start at only 2%, though charges may vary depending on the risk of your client paying, and the time they take to pay your invoice. Your charges for each payment are explained to you every time you submit a new invoice to us. So, you always know in advance what your charges will be for each invoice. We want the cost of using Acruna to be as low as possible for your business, so you keep using Acruna for years to come.
What happens when I send you my invoice?
We make sure that you – and more importantly your customer – meet our simple requirements. (In short – can they pay you?) We run our background security checks through our systems. If everything looks good, we will send you a payment offer. If you accept our payment offer with your digital signature, we send the agreed funds directly to your bank account.
How much will I get paid?
All of it, minus our small charge. We’ll usually send you around 80% in advance. You get the rest when your customer settles the invoice, minus our Charge (from only 2*%).
Do you look at my business accounts?
What matters most to us is that your customer has the ability to pay your invoice. We take care of all the checks we need to in the background, with the aid of our hi-tech systems.

What happens if my customer doesn’t pay?
Don't worry, we do our due diligence at the first stage of every invoice you submit. So we don't accept high-risk invoices for payment. This keeps things nice and simple for all of us in the long run.
